Detailed Job Description :
The candidate should have working knowledge of Financial accounting, commercial norms & taxation and good knowledge of computers(Knowledge of SAP will be preferred). The responsibilities includes preparation of Accounting documents such as Invoices, billing, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchases, Bank reconciliations, verification of payments, MIS, Maintenance of records in SAP FICO and other Commercial , etc.. Candidate should have strong knowledge of GST and should be capable of filing GST returns independently.
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring maintenance of Books of Accounts including finance management and Assets Accounting
- Ensuring implementation of standard procedure relating to arrival of stock
- maintenance of stock
- Physical verification and reporting
- Invoicing
- Ensuring proper compliance with all statutory formalities like service tax, GST filing etc
- coordinating with internal auditors
- Ensuring proper utilization of budget, etc
- Reconciliation of Vendor/Supplier Ledger10.preparation of Journal vouchers and payments
- Other accounts related works
Job Qualification and Skills Required :
The candidate should be first class graduate in commerce (B.Com.) with minimum 4 years of work experience OR M.Com with minimum 2 years of work experience. The graduation should be a regular and full time. The age should not be more than 28 years. The candidates with good academic record and job experience will be preferred.
The candidate should be well verse with MS Office Package specially MS Excel and Word. Candidate having knowledge of SAP-FI and SAP-SD will be preferred.
Selection Process :
The selection process for the Accounts Executive post at Amul includes several stages, such as:
Aptitude Test Online: Candidates will have to take an online aptitude test to assess their ability in areas such as logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal ability.
Group Discussion: Candidates who pass the aptitude test will be invited to participate in a group discussion, where they will be evaluated on their communication skills, leadership qualities, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Interview: Candidates who pass the group discussion will then be interviewed by a panel of technical experts. This interview will focus on assessing the candidate's technical knowledge and skills related to the Mainframe Trainee role.
HR Interview: The final stage of the selection process is an interview with the HR team. This interview will focus on the candidate's attitude, motivation, and overall fit for the role and company.
