Detailed Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop application as per the instructions and guidance from senior developers
- Should possess good self-learning abilities and should always thrive to learn new technologies
- Should take responsibility for the tasks assigned and deliver it on time with the highest quality.
- Should convey project or task status to leads/mentors on time with clarity.
Working hours:
- Mon - Fri - 9 am to 7 pm
Qualification : BE, B Tech, BCA, MCA
Department/Stream : CS, IS, IT, EC, EI, EEE
- Note: Other department students are eligible if they are good at below mentioned skill setHTML, CSS, Java, PHP, MySql
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 60% in 10th/SSLC, 12th/PUC, Diploma/Degree
- History of arrear(s)/backlog(s) is acceptable.
- No standing arrear(s)/backlog(s)
Job Qualification and Skills Required :
- Other department students are eligible if they are good at below mentioned skill set
- HTML, CSS, Java, PHP, MySQL

Selection Process :
The selection process for the Junior Developer Trainee post at Arwizon Digital includes several stages, such as:
Aptitude Test Online: Candidates will have to take an online aptitude test to assess their ability in areas such as logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal ability.
Group Discussion: Candidates who pass the aptitude test will be invited to participate in a group discussion, where they will be evaluated on their communication skills, leadership qualities, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Interview: Candidates who pass the group discussion will then be interviewed by a panel of technical experts. This interview will focus on assessing the candidate's technical knowledge and skills related to the Mainframe Trainee role.
