Job Description For Bank of America Jobs 2021 :

Individual will be responsible for reviewing account closure and complete the necessary activities related to closure of confirmed fraud or high risk activity cases.

Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility is to review account closures which are outsorted through upstream processes
• The associate will be expected to complete a targeted number of decisions per hour, as well as be measured on decision accuracy.
• This position requires achievement of productivity and fraud prevention goals, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures as well as applicable regulatory requirements.
