Detailed Job Description :
- 2 to 4 years of experience in handling / managing HR operations in a BPO environment (3rd party preferred) – international or domestic Experience in PeopleSoft / Oracle application
- Good in MS applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in customer relations management
- Clarify questions related to policies / procedures and coordinating with business partners.
- Manage employee records (E-filing).
- Letter to employees, managing personal files.
- Payroll amendments, informing payroll department.
Job Qualification and Skills Required :
- Manage Help Desk activities.
- Maintain training records.
- Ready to work from office
- Ready to work in Rotational shifts
Selection Process :
