• FSG Tech department provides IT delivery and platform support for the CFO business, General Counsel, Regulatory Affairs, and SRI (Sustainability, Research & Investment Solutions) Divisions. Leveraging and further evolving common platforms and cutting edge technologies (BigData, AI/ML, Cloud, Container architecture, BI and collaboration tool), as well as best-practices, the department generates synergies and drives efficiencies with technology solutions. The Production Support and Controls department is responsible for support of 190+ Applications with the team geographically spread across USA, UK, Switzerland, India and Singapore.
• As a part of the FSG Tech PSC department you will be responsible for providing application production support with a strong engineering mindset and following the SRE principles to ensure reliability, resilience and scalability of the critical production environments. You will be expected to work closely with to Business users of the applications, development community as well as various infra teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of the application landscape. You will be expected to follow the current ITIL processes while we strategically rollout the adoption of SRE principles via effective use of Automation, Machine learning, AIOps, monitoring and observability.

Must Have:

• Team-player with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Unix/Linux Scripting, PL/SQL
• SRE Concepts
• BigData Fundamentals
• Cloud Fundamentals
• Data analytical and problem-solving Skills
• Agile Methodology concepts

Desirable:

• ITIL Certified
• Automation Tools like Eyeshare, UI Path, BluePrism
• Collaboration tools – Jira, Sharepoint, Confluence
• ETL Tools like Informatica
• Python
• Knowledge of Monitoring Tools
• Understanding of CI/CD Toolchain
• Knowledge of Data Analytics tools – Qlik, Tableau
