Job Description For Crio Jobs 2021 :

• Understanding Crio Tools and Infrastructure
• Resolve user problems/doubts by working with the engineering, content, and learning delivery teams to resolve issues
• Encourage and motivate users to perform better every day
• Go through code and provide feedback
• Monitor user progress and suggest improvements
• Coordinating with a lead mentor and gather insights about users progress and find out intervention points
• Good communication skills and ability to technically inspire and manage learners 1:1 and in group
• Work promptly to meet or exceed our commitments to customer success

Requirements :

• You have a deep understanding of Javascript, HTML, CSS, React, Nodejs, MongoDB
• You have hands-on experience of Chrome Developer Tools
• You have experience in building customized frontend
• You can explain data structures and algorithms in plain simple language
• You have solved 50+ problems on online coding sites(Codechef, Hackerrank, HackerEarth, Codeforces, etc)
• You can understand others code, suggest better approaches to solve technical problems
• You are empathetic about the users who are learning to code
• You are interested in mentoring and grooming the user to perform better in coding
• You care about writing well-documented code
