Job Description For Hero MotoCorp Jobs 2020 :
- Material planning and procurement of plant specific location in Engine, Paint & Thinner Category to meet production plans.
- Stabilization of new model as per ABP.
- EMF Implementation Cost Saving and Optimization as per given targets through various drivers like SOB,EMF,LEAP,IMP projects Inventory control & logistic coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Financials – Revenue Growth, Cost Efficiency, capacity planning, inbound logistic packaging improvement and inventory management
- Customer – Quality management of supply of parts, mutisourcing, Stabilization of mass production and ramp up of New Models by supporting supplier operation excellence/scope activities
- Process – Improving operational efficiency, agility & flexibility., smooth SOP and strengthening plant purchasing matrix and structure
- Innovation – Implementing EMF & Continued Process Standardization
- Leadership & communication skill
- Team Development – Strengthening employee engagement thru people development, Job enrichment & Improving gender diversity
