Detailed Job Description :
- Analyze system problems, determine required system changes, make code revisions, verify results, and document all programs
- Learn required application system programming skills, technical tools, and ETL concepts.
- Learn third-party applications that Hevo integrates with.
- Develop new system programs from beginning system design, coding, and testing.
- Deep dive into source code, databases, logs, and traces to get to the root cause of issues.
- Writing step-by-step processes, technical solutions, and knowledge base articles to common issues.
- Provide time estimates for assigned work and adhere to established time commitments.
- Be a subject matter expert on Hevo's Data Integration Platform and evangelize Hevo’s value and features to potential and existing customers
- Communicate with internal and external users as needed.
- Have good documentation skills and contribute to the maintenance of SOPs
Job Qualification and Skills Required :
- Excellent communication skills. You can articulate complicated concepts to non-technical people while maintaining the ability to speak credibly to highly technical people.
- Hands-on experience with Java, and Shell scripting.
- Good knowledge of SQL Syntax and database concepts.
- Understanding of using REST APIs and debugging requests and responses using Postman and Browser Developer tools.
- Comfortable working in the Indian and UK time zones.
- Fast learner. You have a proven capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies.
- Thrive under pressure. You perform well under uncertainty, high pressure, and high impact conditions.
Selection Process :
