Detailed Job Description :
Should have good command and Fluency over English and Hindi + Any other regional language will be added advantage.
- Good knowledge and relevant experience on Direct taxation process and clauses. Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation and active listening skills
- Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge.
Job Qualification and Skills Required :
- Effective probing & analysing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry.
- Should be comfortable working from office.
- Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customer’s time.
- Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value Qualification:: B.Com/M.Com/BBM/BBA Time:: 8am to 8pm(Rotational Shifts) Number of days working:: 6 Days (1 day rotational off, apart from Sunday) Location: Mysore Experience level: 0 – 1 year
Selection Process :
The selection process for the Process Executive post at Infosys BPM Career 2023 includes several stages, such as:
Aptitude Test Online: Candidates will have to take an online aptitude test to assess their ability in areas such as logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal ability.
