Detailed Job Description :
- Responsible for the achievement of marketing conversion targets by executing marketing strategies of the company.
- Assist in the collection of leads from different sources and develop a database of potential customers.
- Visit high net worth customers to convince them to make purchases from Malabar.
- Ensure that the visits are updated in the CRM software.
- Participate in-store sales to understand various products, product offerings, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Execute the marketing campaigns at the store based on the inputs from the marketing manager.
- Support outdoor activities like hoardings and campaigns organized by the Group
Job Qualification and Skills Required :
- Must be thorough with the marketing strategies of the company
- Must have knowledge of products and items available in the shop
- Take the initiative to learn the competitor strategies
