Detailed Job Description :
- Identify issues utilizing knowledge of DRAM architecture (structure and function), semiconductor processes, test methodologies, software, etc.
- Device characterization for improved operation and testability
- Generate scripts for data analysis using Perl, C++, Python, HTML, CGI, or Java
- Build new Reliability test methodologies
- Figure out failure modes or device degradation types
- Comprehend new DRAM processes/technologies for product reliability issues
- Develop product reliability tests to assess new DRAM failure mechanisms
- Develop new test or reliability code
Job Qualification and Skills Required :
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Course work in VLSI, CMOS Circuits, Semiconductor Process or related fields
- Familiarity with Perl, C/C++, Python or HTML is a plus
- The ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm.
