a. Valid Score in the GATE 2023
- Candidate should have appeared in the corresponding paper of GATE 2023 as shown in the following table and Qualified in the same. The qualifying marks shall be as declared by GATE 2023 Organizing Body

Percentage of Marks: Minimum 60% or Equivalent CGPA * Final Year / Semester students who expect their final results by 14.08.2023 are also eligible to apply, provided they have obtained minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all semesters/years up to pre-final examination. In case of selection, their candidature shall be subject to their securing minimum 60% marks in essential qualification. - Engineer Trainee - As Per norms
- The Corporation offers a very attractive pay package and is one of the best in the Industry. Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.40,000/- -3%- 1,40,000(IDA) during the one-year training period. They shall be paid stipend in the form of Basic Pay of Rs. 40,000/- along with IDA, HRA and Perks @12% of basic pay during training period.
- On successful completion of training, the candidates will be absorbed as Engineers in E2 scale - Rs. 50,000/- 3%- 1,60,000/- (IDA).
- On regularization, Compensation package includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowance as per cafeteria approach, Performance Related Pay, Company Leased Accommodation / Company Quarters or HRA, Reimbursement of monthly conveyance expenditure, mobile facility reimbursement, laptop facility, PF, Gratuity, Pension & Leave encashment, Group Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance, etc. The Corporation also offers excellent facilities like Short- and Long-term Loans & Advances in subsidized rates including House Building Advance, Medical facilities for self and dependents,

- The Selection Process consists of marks obtained (out of 100) in the corresponding paper of GATE 2023, Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
