Education Qualification :
- Should possess a degree Bachelor of Technology in Dairy Technology (or)
- Bachelor in Science Dairying in Dairy Technology or Dairy Husbandry from a recognized University.
- He has passed the Matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects or any other equivalent examination in the Punjabi Language

- For SC/ BC/ EWS – Rs.250/-
- Ex-servicemen & Dependents – Rs.200/-
- Physically Handicapped – Rs.500/-
Age limit :
- The age should be below 18 years and for general category candidates not more than 37 years
- For SC and Backward classes of the state of Punjab, the maximum age limit shall be 42 years.
- For State and Central government employees, the maximum age limit will be 45 years.
- For disabled residents residing in Punjab, the maximum age limit will be 47 years.
