Detailed Job Description :
ServiceNow is currently looking for an Intern - Financial Accountant to support out global operations based out of Hyderabad office. The successful candidate will work closely with the Accounting Management team from US office, Amsterdam office, Internal and External Auditors and Executive Management.
What you get to do in this role:
- Assist in investigation and resolving complex accounting issues timely and effectively
- Prepare journal entries for monthly close process
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and submit for review of the same.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tax, treasury, corporate accounting) to identify opportunities to improve and standardize processes and contribute towards close optimization
- Perform analytical reviews of PL and BS accounts having variances
- Participate in month-end close by performing a variety of accounting close tasks
- Ensure compliance with Company accounting policies and the application of generally acceptable accounting principles
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited procedures currently exist
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
- Assist in financial analysis for day-to-day operations
- Assist with continuous process improvements and development of automated systems
Job Qualification and Skills Required :
An energetic and ambitious CA/CPA/CMA who is interested and aims to build a career in in Accounting or Finance. You will have the opportunity to learn alongside best-in-class professionals, in a role that will grow as you develop and are able to take on increased responsibility.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- A professional qualification such as CA/CPA/CMA would be advantage

Selection Process :
The selection process for the CA Intern post at ServiceNow includes several stages, such as:

Aptitude Test Online: Candidates will have to take an online aptitude test to assess their ability in areas such as logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal ability.

Group Discussion: Candidates who pass the aptitude test will be invited to participate in a group discussion, where they will be evaluated on their communication skills, leadership qualities, and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Interview: Candidates who pass the group discussion will then be interviewed by a panel of technical experts. This interview will focus on assessing the candidate's technical knowledge and skills related to the Mainframe Trainee role.
