Detailed Job Description :
- Active involvement in the preparation of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Operating Plan.
- Assist in monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to obtain cost projections / estimates and analyze variances compared to actuals.
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Assist in preparing MIS and other monthly reports for top management.
- Assist in commercial negotiations and Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies.
Job Qualification and Skills Required :
- A CA/CWA/CFA/MBA with 0-3 Years of experience.
- Start-up/Retail/E-commerce/Fin-tech experience is a plus
- Ready to work in a dynamic start-up culture.
