Job Description For Tata Motors Jobs 2020 :
- Ensure premises patrolling in all shifts to maintain order and establish presence
- Timely respond to any untoward incident.
- Ensure smooth working & collection of daily reports from 24 X 7 manned control center.
- Ensure Smooth security operation during shift and prepare shift end reports.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
- Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts and check reports generated during all shifts.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the premises.
- Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
- Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
- Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
- Provide assistance to people in need
- Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol.
- Ensure adherence of all processes and report all deviations
- Conduct Security Induction trainings for New contract workers.
- Monitor daily data of visitors & track their movement within the premises.
- Ensure proper shifts deployment as per skill.
- Generating intelligence inputs, collection and analysis of information’s
- Report analyzed intelligence reports.
- Maintain laisioning in nearby locality.
- Selection, training of ground team.
- Conduct periodic skill analysis of ground team & prepare deployment plan accordingly.
- Conduct refresher training /drills for ground operation team.
- Ensure proper discipline with in the plant.
- Mandatory adherence of TML Security & safety standard guidelines with in the plant in all kind of activities.
- Root Cause analysis of all incident reports and escalate the findings.
- Threat detection, preparation & implementation of contingency plan
- Implement controlling measures after analyzing trends of Violations and incident reports.
