Education Qualification :
| 1. Centre Administrator – Educational Qualification: Masters in Law/ Masters in Social Work/ Masters in Sociology/ Masters in Social Science/ Masters in Psychology with atleast 5 years experience of working on women related relevant domains in an administrative set-up with a Government or Non-Government project/programme. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in 3 shifts. The candidate should be resident of the local community. |
| 2. Senior Counselor –Educational Qualification: Professional Degree/ Diploma in Psychology/ Psychiatry/ Neurosciences with a background in Health Sector and preferably with atleast 3 years experience of working within Government or Non-Government Health Project Programme at the district level. Only women candidates may apply. As OSC functions 24*7 candidates have to work in 3 shifts. The candidate should be resident of the local community. |

Case Worker –Educational Qualification: Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology or Development Management with a minimum 1 year working experience in the field of violence against women issues. | 4. IT Admin –Educational Qualification: Graduate in Computers/ IT, Etc. Tamil and English Both Higher Pass. With a Minimum of 3 years experience in data management, process documentation and web-based reporting formats, video conferencing at state or district level with Government or Non Governmental/IT-Based Organisations. | 5. Multi Purpose Helper –Educational Qualification: The Multi-purpose helper should have minimum qualification 10 std and experience working in Shelter Homes / House Keeping.
