Detailed Job Description :
- Receive phones calls/email and provide excellent customer service in a timely and efficient way.
- Resolve problems efficiently and professionally by applying knowledge of software, applications and hardware.
- Problem analysis and resolve customer issues with the aid of available tools
- Communicate clearly and effectively to provide quality customer service
Job Qualification and Skills Required :
- Sell tele resolution as a service to the customer
- Mandate – Hindi Speaking , Preference will be given for candidate with Multilingual Skills.
Selection Process :
The selection process for the Associate post at TVS Electronics includes several stages, such as:
