Job Description For Velocity Technology Jobs 2020 :
- Focus on design and development of cloud-based applications
- Work on all aspects of the software development lifecycle
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to both front-end and back-end development practices with experience in either domain is mandatory
- In addition to producing new code, the responsibilities will involve investigation of issues as part of code reviews, bug fixes and optimisation of the existing code base
Skills Required For Velocity Technology Jobs 2020 :
- At least 1 year of experience in software development
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services
- Should have a good understanding of Agile methodology
- Comfortable working with Linux based systems
- Understanding of architecture and design principles
- Back-end / Front-end software development – 1 year
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java/Go) – 1 year
- AWS cloud service – 1 year (Associate Certification in lieu)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and the Linux operating system and associated development practices is a must
- Exposure to DevOps and SRE frameworks will be a plus
- Candidate must ensure that compliance with data protection legislation under the DPA, EU GDPR, any other applicable data protection legislation
