Job Description for Zscaler Jobs 2020 :
- Daily Review of Employee Expenses Submitted for Payment in comparison with the allocated limits, reaching out to Employees in case of variances and answering and resolving Employee Queries.
- Meeting the Timelines and Deadlines relating to Expenses batch close and submitting them further for Payment.
- Reviewing the Expenses GL and Posting the Journal Entries.
- Assisting in International Payroll Process, Calculation of the payout to be made and communicating with the Employees and Payroll agencies.
- Assisting in Month End Reconciliations.
- Assisting in documenting general and order specific terms.
- Assisting in the creation of Reports as and when needed.
- Special assignments as and when required by Head Quarters.
Skills Required for Zscaler Jobs 2020 :
- Post-Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or other similar streams with 1-3 years’ relevant experience in a multinational or other big corporate house.
- Strong Analytic skills and Attention to Detail.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of staff;
- Ability to meet Deadlines.
- Hands-on Experience with ERP systems, including NetSuite and Concur a plus;
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – primarily Excel and Word
